Maria Kadau joins Coastal Properties Group International

Clearwater, FL (September, 2014) Coastal Properties Group International/Christie’s International Real Estate announced that Maria Kadau has joined the firm as a Real Estate Advisor. Ms. Kadau specializes in marketing homes throughout Pinellas County, and the coastal areas.

Maria is a huge advocate of community involvement, currently serving in leadership positions with the Rotary Club of Largo (2014-2015 President), City of Largo’s Community Development Advisory Board (Chairwoman), and Women in Networking Tampa Bay. She is an alumni of Largo Citizen’s Academy, Leadership St. Pete, St. Petersburg’s Council of Neighborhood Associations Leadership Program, and the Pinellas Education Foundation.

Raised in Maryland, she graduated Salisbury University prior to joining the U.S. Army as a medic in the Maryland and the Florida Army National Guard.

Ms. Kadau currently ranks in the top 6% among all Pinellas County real estate agents. She is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing (ILHMM) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE.) and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
