Police: Diaper-Clad Kid Left in Downpour
A Clearwater woman was charged with felony child neglect after three of her kids were found home alone by a neighbor.

A Clearwater woman was charged with felony child neglect after leaving three of her children home alone, according to a Largo Police Department report.
Teanna Marie Ketter was charged with the crime on June 23 after a witness found one child wearing a diaper in the middle of the street during a downpour.
After seeing the first child in the street, the witness entered Ketter's home and found a juvenile alone and crying upstairs; an infant was also discovered wrapped up and laying on the living room floor, the report states.
The witness took custody of the three children and called the police.
Ketter, 21, claimed she left the children with their biological father while she went to take her mother to work, according to authorities.
But further investigation revealed Ketter lied about the situation, and that she had left the kids alone for a minimum of 30 minutes, leading to her arrest on the neglect charges.
Jail records show Ketter was released on bond on June 24.
Ketter's children were placed in Department of Children and Family custody following the incident, records show.
