Pedestrian Killed At Largo Intersection

LARGO, FL — A pedestrian has died after being struck by a car Tuesday at the intersection of Missouri Avenue and Auburn Street.

According to the Largo Police Department, at 6:45 p.m., a woman was walking west against the red light when she was struck by a vehicle traveling north with a green light.

The woman was taken to a local hospital where she died. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
