Disability inclusion consultants tapped for national conference

Since launching work with Disability Solutions in 2016, Synchrony has hired 90 employees through their People with Disabilities Hiring Initiative in Arizona and Ohio and is currently expanding across the organization, beginning with a recent launch in Orlando, Florida.

Sowash will join speakers from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the EEOC to provide effective strategies, best practices and tools to assist organizations in navigating the waves of change in compliance, diversity and inclusion.
