Mom Arrested For DUI With Baby In Car Pees On Cop
A Florida mom accused of driving drunk with her baby faces multiple charges for urinating on and kicking a police officer in the groin.

MELBOURNE, FL — A Florida woman stopped for drunken driving while her baby was in the back seat made her situation worse when she urinated on an officer who stopped her, police said. Nichole Nespolini, 40, faces multiple charges in the Monday traffic stop.
Nespolini, of Melbourne, is accused of hitting another driver's vehicle from behind at an intersection. Before the crash, Nespolini was driving erratically and screaming and cursing at the other driver, and then pleaded with her not to involve police, according to the police report.
When police arrived, the situation escalated. Nespolini walked into traffic, began yelling at police and thumping one of them on the chest, according to the police report.

Police said it took three officers to put Nespolini in handcuffs, and during the encounter she said: “I’m peeing and I hope it gets on you!” as she urinated on an officer’s foot. She also is accused of kicking one of the officers in the groin.
Before Nespolini was booked at the Brevard County Jail, the baby’s father came to the scene to pick up the child, Florida Today reported. They hadn’t noticed the baby was in the car until Nespolini had been arrested, according to the report.
