wanted to give the readers a heads up.

My wife bought a home in Waterford lakes in July - she hired KENNETH ENRIQUE RIVERA of 1602 Murdock Blvd Orlando. of UpointIPaint and Kennethbeseenbillloardsrivera to paint the inside of her new home.

Needless to say after a quick google search i was shocked to learn about this person. He is a convicted felon with three recent criminal charges of lewd molestation of a child in Sept of this year.

just a warning PLEASE research who you hire before you let them into your home.

his truck has recently been seen near Waterford Lakes and Avalon many times ( blue / grey toyota pickup with a white trailer lettered upointipaint)

I can certainly share my findings if readers are interested

Please do not make the same mistakes we made by not checking out your contractors first.

again he has been seen in a grey or blue toyota full sized pick up truck or as a passenger in a black lexus rc near Waterford lakes and Avalon in Orlando

i am beside myself that he is in the area and more so that he was near my daughter.
