The woman driving the car apparently failed to put the car all the way in park, deputies say.
OKALOOSA ISLAND, FL — Deputies in Florida responded to a call at home on Okaloosa Island on Tuesday only to find that a car had become completely submerged in a swimming pool.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Department posted photos of the incident to Facebook and explained what happened.
According to deputies, a woman believed she had put the car in park while she went back into her apartment to grab money. Deputies say the car didn't go all the way into park so the car went into the swimming pool.
