College Student Shown Giving His Clothes, Shoes To Homeless Man
Jabari Richardson's selfless act at an Interstate 10 exit in Tallahassee has been called a "perfect example of goodness."
TALLAHASSEE, FL — College students are typically known for being in need of items like clothes and shoes, but a Florida A&M University senior is getting some praise for giving those items away.
Jabari Richardson was filmed on TikTok casually getting out of his car at the Interstate 10 exit at North Monroe Street in Tallahassee and giving clothing and pairs of shoes to a homeless man standing on the corner with a sign.
Richardson told WTXL he was in the process of moving and wanted to give the items away rather than selling them.

The TikTok user, “amburandlex” who filmed the college student’s good deed, was able to find the college student online and said he is “shy,” that the two did not know each other previously, and he did not know the act was being caught on video in a separate TikTok post.
"As I was growing up, my mom always taught me there's a lot of people that are in need," Richardson told WTXL. "Not Everyone's blessed as I am. My mom always had clothes and shoes on my back. I can definitely take that for granted. Anything can be gone in the blink of an eye."
