UPDATE: Amber Alert Cancelled for 7-year-old Girl
A Florida Amber Alert has been cancelled for Crystal Riemer, 7. Her mother was arrested for taking her during a supervised visit.
UPDATE: Florida State Agricultural Officers arrested 46-year-old Christine Riemer on Interstate 75 near the Florida-Georgia state line late Tuesday. They say 7-year-old Crystal was found safe.
ORIGINAL: Crystal is described as being 3 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 31 pounds, and having blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing green
pants with blue trim and a blue shirt.
The child is a special needs child requiring medication, according to a report. Christine Riemer, 46. She is described as being a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, and having blonde hair and blue eyes.
They may be traveling in a 2007, white GMC Budget Rental Truck, with Budget stickers on the sides, Oklahoma tag number 2LN073. The vehicle was last seen North on Interstate 75 in Sarasota County approximately 6 p.m. They were possibly heading to Alabama or Wisconsin.
