February Sarasota Patch Facebook Cover Photo Winner

Chris submitted the photo for our February Sarasota Patch Facebook Cover Photo Contest (say that three times fast). Her photo will adorn the top of our fan page for the month of February, and it's a shame this is the shortest month of the year.
