FL Certificate Of Animal Movement Issued To Santa And Mrs. Claus
Florida has cleared the way for Dancer, Dasher, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph to visit all homes in the state.

TALLAHASSEE, FL — Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Nikki Fried has issued a certificate of animal movement to allow "Dancer, Dasher, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph" to visit all homes, domiciles and encampments on Christmas Eve into Christmas morning throughout the Sunshine State.
“Here at the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, we want to ensure Mr. Claus can spread the joy of Christmas to children across Florida,” Commissioner Fried said. “That’s why we’re issuing his certificate of animal movement ahead of time and waiving all fees.”
Fried approved the certificate Monday and sent it straight to the North Pole, according to state officials.

"Additional time may be allotted for Mr. Clause to finish cookies and milk after his final delivery," the certificate notes.
State officials also noted that the red nose of one of the reindeer does not pose a public health concern.
