Girl Friday Services, Inc. Now Offers Home Watch Service

Tenille Dixon, founder and owner of Girl Friday Services, recently expanded her business to include a home watch service.

Girl Friday Services was established in 2009 as a cleaning and concierge service serving Sarasota and Manatee counties. Dixon acquired Perfect Neighbors and incorporated its offerings into her business.

Dixon said, “It was a logical next step to grow my business. The home watch service perfectly aligns with what Girl Friday Services already had to offer.”

Girl Friday’s home watch service is based on regular 90-point inspection visits to the home, including checking the inside and outside of the property thoroughly, ensuring everything is secure, and making sure all is well with the air conditioner, plumbing, electric, landscaping and pool.

Cleaning services offered include residential, business/office, real estate and rental property, vacation resort prep and quick turnaround, snow bird arrivals and customized deep cleaning.

Girl Friday Services’ organizational experts help with, among other things, eliminating clutter in the household or business setting; improving designs for closets, drawers, cabinets and larger storage spaces; and improving personal record/home office filing and functionality.

Dixon’s concierge services include personal assistant duties, home liaison, airport drop off/pick up and more.
