One of Sarasota's 'Most Wanted' Fugitives Caught in California
The arrest leaves just one fugitive remaining on Sarasota County's "10 Most Wanted" list.

One of Sarasota's "most wanted" fugitives has been captured in California.
Oliver Locke, 30, on the run from his Gillespie Avenue home since February, was arrested Thursday in Huntington Beach, CA, the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office said.
After serving a two-year prison sentence for a 2010 case involving nine counts of credit card fraud, Locke was placed on community supervision but violated his probation, sheriff's spokesperson Wendy Rose said.

Locke "knew he was wanted and threatened to harm law enforcement if they tried to take him into custody," Rose said.
Sarasota deputies tracked him across the country and recently forwarded a lead to the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, who placed Locke under arrest. He will be extradited to Sarasota County, officials said.
