Sarasota Police Make Arrest In Death Of Man Found In SUV
Police have made an arrest in the death of a 34-year-old man who was found last week in an SUV suffering from a gunshot wound.

SARASOTA, FL — Sarasota police have made an arrest in the death of a 34-year-old man who was found last week in an SUV suffering from a gunshot wound.
Twenty-eight-year-old Tydarian Moore was taken into custody around 6:30 p.m. Sunday in connection with Thursday's shooting death. The victim's name still had not been released by police as of Sunday night.
The agency's Genevieve Judge said Moore was arrested in Bradenton without incident with assistance from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

"Moore is facing charges of homicide and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon," she said. Sunday night "He’s currently being booked into the Manatee County Jail."
The victim was found by Sarasota police near 21st Street and Palmadelia Avenue. Police believe he was shot shortly before 2 p.m. near Leon Avenue and 24th Street.

Judge told Patch previously she didn't know whether the victim drove himself to the 21st Street location or if someone else drove him there.
