SWFL Company Organizes Livestream Concert to Benefit Veterans
Venice-based Advocate Health Advisors to host livestream concert to support American Legion programs throughout the U.S.
For over 100 years, The American Legion has been strengthening communities by providing lifesaving help to veterans and neighbors.
And now, Venice-based Advocate Health Advisors is partnering with The American Legion and Friend Entertainment to host a livestream rock concert to support Legion programs that boost communities and veterans throughout the U.S. On May 1, two bands — Brothers & Friends (Marshall Tucker tribute band) and Sharp Dressed Band (ZZ Top tribute band) will be performing a virtual concert.
Advocate Health Advisors, a veteran-owned brokerage, wanted to help after hearing
about how much funding The American Legion had lost since the COVID-19 pandemic
began. Cullen Wright, who served for 34 years in the U.S. Army, is director of Advocate Health Advisors Veterans Initiatives Program. Wright is committed to helping fellow veterans, and a virtual concert provides a way for anyone to get involved.
