TableSeide debuts new menus and December events and specials

From Sunday Brunch to early dining, Happy Hours to Christmas and New Year's celebrations, TableSeide adds a big dose of holiday cheer

Heading into the holidays, think of taking it TableSeide, where new menu debuts at Muse at The Ringling, Louies Modern and Libby’s Café + Bar are paired with upcoming December specials at all four restaurants. From Sunday Brunch to early dining, Happy Hours to Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, TableSeide adds a big dose of holiday cheer without the prep or clean up.

@ Louies Modern’s dining room. Ideally suited for families or groups of friends looking for something out of the ordinary to end the weekend (or start the week). In addition to the regular à la carte menu, diners can also enjoy a special 3-course supper with a different inspiration each month. December’s China Take Out inspired, four-course menu includes:

Amusé: Vegetable Egg Roll, duck sauce, Chinese mustard

Salad: Traditional Japanese Steakhouse Salad, miso vinaigrette, butter lettuce

Entrée: Soy Glazed Beef & Broccoli, toasted sesame, steamed brown rice

Dessert: Green Tea Ice Cream, fortune cookie

Christmas Eve | Libby’s Café + Bar

From indulgent Sunday Brunch and Libby’s award-winning Bloody Mary Bar to the evening’s annual Feast of Fishes specialty menu that complement Libby’s regular a la carte dinner selections, there’s plenty to reunite family and friends. Advanced reservations highly recommended.

Christmas Eve | Miracle on Palm Ave | Louies Modern

The day before Christmas kicks off with Louies’ award-winning Brunch stations in the main restaurant along with Santa and Elf Jeffrey visit and photo session for kids in Louies Modern’s private dining (parents to bring their own cameras). On their way to get their photo with Santa, kids can write their Dear Santa letter and then join in to create their Gingerbread House ($20 by advanced reservation) in the adjoining Francis Ballroom. For some true nostalgia, there will also be a special public showing of the original version of Miracle on the 34th Street in the Louies Modern Breezeway outside the restaurant, followed by a holiday-induced Christmas Eve dinner with strolling violinist (7-9 p.m.) Corkage fee is waived all day for diners wishing to bring their own bottle of wine. Advanced reservations highly recommended.

Brunch | 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Kids Activities and Santa visit | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Start the celebration early with Sunday Brunch then segue into the evening with specially created dinner menus, including the continuation of the Christmas Eve Feast of Fishes at Libby’s. No corkage fee for those who want to bring their own bottle of wine at both restaurants.

New Year’s Day | Libby’s Café + Bar | Muse at The Ringling

Enjoy some hair of the dog and bowl game camaraderie at Libby’s Game Lounge starting at 11 a.m. Muse at The Ringling kicks of the New Year with regular Monday dinner service starting at 5 p.m.

Showcasing its new Latin-inspired menu, diners can have three-course options for $30 that includes Kale Caesar, Little Gem Lettuce or Chicken Pozole for the First Course; Garden Enchilada, Braised Shortrib or Blue Crab, Scallop & Shrimp Fontinella (Second Course) and Daily selection of ice cream or sorbet duo or Peruvian Chocolate Gateau for dessert.
