NAPLES, FL — Naples police are asking for public assistance in identifying a man who set off fireworks in a public restroom early Monday.

Police shared to Facebook a surveillance video of a man in a hoodie sneaking into the men’s restroom at Sea Gate Park around 12:30 a.m.

In the video, he turns the light on in the bathroom and tries to prop the door open, but fails, letting the door close behind him. Seconds later, he leaves the restroom in a hurry and runs from the building as sparks from the fireworks he set off fly out from the bottom of the door.
