1 Killed In 2-Car Crash On 49th Street: Police
A man was killed Tuesday when he didn't yield for another car causing a crash, St. Pete police said.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 58-year-old man of St. Pete Beach was killed Tuesday when he drove in front of a Cadillac causing a crash, St. Pete police said.
Wayne Hoyle was driving a 2015 Toyota Camry on Fourth Avenue North westbound about 5:45 p.m., according to investigators. Hoyle did not yield and drove in front of a Cadillac going northbound on 49th Street, and crashed into it. Hoyle died at a local hospital, detectives said.
The driver of the Cadillac had non-life-threatening injuries.
