Scott Bill, President and CEO of the Brian Bill Foundation, presented a Navy SEAL paddle to the Welsh Commercial Real Estate team on Jan. 29 at Brio in Naples. The paddle is a token of appreciation for Welsh Commercial Real Estate’s generous $10,000 sponsorship of the foundation’s Special Operations Charity Golf Tournament and dinner held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples last November. The event raised more than $50,000 to support the Brian Bill Foundation’s Warrior Healing Program, which provides therapeutic support to U.S. Special Operations warriors dealing with post-traumatic stress, mild traumatic brain injury and chronic pain.

“We are so grateful to Welsh Commercial Real Estate and all our generous sponsors and donors who help us bring hope and healing to the warriors who fight for our freedom,” said Bill.

Scott Bill established the St. Petersburg, Florida-based Brian Bill Foundation to honor the memory of his son, Navy SEAL Brian R. Bill, and all of his fellow Special Operations warriors who have died in service to their nation since the onset of hostilities after Sept. 11, 2001.
