Fly Along with the Pinellas County Sheriff's OfficeÂ
Thursday night, from 7:30 - 9, you can follow along with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office helicopter unit on Facebook and Twitter. According to the sheriff's office, they will be live-updating social media during a routine patrol flight with Pinellas County's only law enforcement flight unit. "You'll get to meet the flight team, learn when and why "The Eagle" is in the air, and what you should do if you hear us overhead," a news release said.

If you were hoping to catch Thursday night's Buccaneers preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens, there's bad news. The game will be blacked out locally, according to TBO.com. You can watch a replay on WFLA at 7:30 p.m. on Friday night.
The good news is that there are plenty, and we mean plenty of good seats still available.

Want To Boo A-Rod?
Alex Rodriguez, who received a 211 game suspension from baseball, gets to play while he appeals the ruling. If you're looking for a chance to join thousands of other people at a stadium and yell your displeasure at him, you might get your chance at Tropicana Field in a few weeks. The Yankees play the Rays at The Trop starting on Aug. 23. Surely, we'll have seen some clever signs and chants from other fans by then.
