Victim Identified After Decapitated Head Found By Jogger: Police

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A decapitated head that was found by a jogger July 7 has been identified as 79-year-old Donald Coston, St. Petersburg Police said.

The victim's head was discovered near the intersection of 38th Avenue South and 31st Street South, investigators said.

Detectives want to know more information about his last steps taken in this area. If anyone knows where he was in the early morning hours of July 7, 2020, contact the St. Pete Police Department at 727-893-4823.
