Demolition Continues at BayWalk for The Shops at St. Pete

The new shopping center is scheduled to open in February 2014.

The demolition of the BayWalk retail complex in downtown St. Petersburg continues as the property transforms into The Shops at St. Pete.

Once completed, The Shops at St. Pete will be an 80,000-square-foot complex that features indoor/outdoor dining, retail, covered walkways, canopies and modern architecture.
