Deputies Investigate Possible Arson at Mobile Home
No people were injured in the fire, but a dog was taken to a nearby St. Petersburg animal hospital.
Authorities are investigating a possible arson case in a unit at the Pine Lane Mobile Home Park, 4189 78th St. N.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, no people were injured in the fire, but a pit bull inside the mobile home was taken to a nearby animal hospital.
The dog, named Chloe, is receiving treatment and recovering at the animal hospital.
The sheriff's office said it responded to the fire in the unit around 4:25 p.m. Sunday.
