Driver Dies in Crash on I-275 in St. Pete
Authorities said the driver was not wearing a seat belt.

A Sarasota man is dead Tuesday after a car crash on I-275 in St. Petersburg.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Adam Laurent Shaw was exiting northbound at 31st Street South around 3:55 a.m. Tuesday when he lost control of his car as it entered the right curve in the roadway.
Authorities said Shaw was traveling, "at a speed too fast for conditions."
Shaw, FHP said, traveled towards the shoulder and collided with the guardrail.
FHP said Shaw was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene of the crash. Authorities said Shaw was not wearing a seat belt.Â
