Fresco's Waterfront Grill a downtown St. Pete staple

Tampa Bay Food Tours is excited to add Fresco's Waterfront Bistro as a new partner for the St. Pete Beach Drive Dine & Wine Tour. So naturally we had to do the research and development part of the job. We brought the family along so that we could get a good sampling of their extensive menu.

Across the board the food is very good and the prices reasonable. The large outdoor patio overlooks the picturesque marina.

The menu features something for everyone. I like that you can build your own pasta bowl with multiple protein choices and sauces.

The blackened chicken cabonara was plentiful and delicious.

Shrimp scampi

The lobster roll was jam packed with sweet lobster meat.

Fish tacos

The side dishes are more than an after though. Nice portions and a lot of options.

A requisite grouper sandwich checked all the boxes.

Before venturing out with the grand babies it is always necessary to check out the kids menu. Fresco's covered all the bases offering mac and cheese, chicken fingers, burgers, pizza, fried shrimp and more.

Enjoy your favorite cocktail, wine, or local beer at one of the 2 full service indoor or outdoor bars. Take a seat and enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of sailboats in the marina.
