A Holiday Cooking Feast From Dr. BBQ In St. Pete
Dr. BBQ is cooking Christmas feast dishes for folks who don't feel like cooking in the kitchen this holiday season.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — If you want to leave Christmas cooking up to the experts, Dr. BBQ in St. Petersburg offers a Christmas feast to-go this holiday season.
Hall of Fame pitmaster, Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe's holiday menu will include smoked turkey, herb stuffing, turkey gravy, a choice of two sides and a pecan, pumpkin or apple pie for dessert that is fit for a family of six to eight. Large families can order a feast that serves 10 to 12 family members/friends.
Holiday side options include baked mac n’ cheese, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, candied yams and more. Dr. BBQ will also have half and whole smoked prime ribs, hams and briskets available à la carte.

All pre-prepared dishes will come with instructions for preheating. Pick up windows will be available all day Thurs., Dec. 24. The full menu can be viewed here.
