TAMPA BAY, FL — Here's a sweet free deal that will benefit local children who are hospitalized.

IHOP will celebrate National Pancake Day Tuesday, Feb. 25 by giving away one free plate of short stack buttermilk pancakes in return for donations to servers and volunteers at IHOP restaurants starting at 7 a.m.

All donations will benefit Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.
