Kids and Kubs End The Current Season, Citing COVID-19 Threat

Kids and Kubs Secretary Ed Asay, says "shut down is immediate all activities canceled for 2019-20 season".

Effective immediately, The Kids and Kubs (akaThree-Quarter Century Softball Club) will end the 2019-2020 winter season, including a March 31, 2020, final game, and inclusive picnic. Election of new officers will be put on hold until the October membership meeting. Current Club officers will continue in office until the next election. The Club will monitor health data and reports to decide when to resume softball activities and contact all club members.

At Kids and Kubs, the safety and wellbeing of the members and supporters are a top priority. We recognize and understand there is growing concern regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and will continue to provide updates on the measures the Club is taking. Club Secretary Ed Asay posted news of the shut down just after noon on Sunday, March 15, 2020:

At North Shore Softball Field, it is important to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our club, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and loved ones, according to Asay. " We will take every precautionary measure possible to safeguard our members".
