Police Search For 5 Teenagers Who Left Fatal Crash On 34th Street

A woman was killed in a crash Sunday that involved five teenagers. The teens left the crash location, and police want to find them.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Investigators are searching for five local teenagers who were involved in a fatal crash with an 84-year-old woman Sunday on 34th Street South, St. Pete Police said.

A 2012 Toyota four-door drove westbound at about 2:30 p.m. on 30th Avenue South, and when it made a left turn onto 34th Street South, it traveled in front of a 2013 Infinity going northbound on 34th Street South, investigators said. The Infiniti crashed into the Toyota.

Five teenagers got out of the Infinity and ran into a nearby shopping center parking lot, police said. The driver of the Toyota, Mary E. Rohan, of St. Petersburg, died at the crash location, according to authorities.
