Police Want Identity Of Woman With Information About Injury Crash

The St. Petersburg Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a woman who has information about a hit-and-run from May.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Detectives are searching for an unidentified woman seen in the picture at the bottom of this article because they believe she has information on a hit-and-run crash that occurred in the 1500 block of Dr. MLK Street South May 28, St. Pete police said.

A woman involved in the crash experienced serious injuries when it happened at about 9:45 p.m. near the MLK Food Store, authorities said. A Chevy Volt was one of the cars involved in the hit-and-run.
