St. Pete Assistant City Attorney Arrested for Third DUI Charge
The assistant city attorney for St. Petersburg was arrested Sunday on his third DUI charge in 10 years.

St. Petersburg’s chief assistant attorney was arrested for the third time Sunday morning after reportedly driving under the influence.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 60-year-old Mark Winn around 1:40 a.m. Sunday and charged him with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a sobriety test.
Winn was pulled over at 32nd Avenue N and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N after a St. Petersburg Police officer noticed his car crossing the road’s double yellow line multiple times, the Tampa Bay Times reports. The officer said Winn, who was just under a mile from his home, had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol.
