St. Petersburg's chief assistant attorney was arrested for the third time Sunday morning after reportedly driving under the influence.The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested <a href="http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/crime/st-pete-assistant-city-attorney-accused-of-dui-for-third-time/2208618" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">60-year-old Mark Winn</a> around 1:40 a.m. Sunday and charged him with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a sobriety test.Winn was pulled over at 32nd Avenue N and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N after a St. Petersburg Police officer noticed his car crossing the road's double yellow line multiple times, the Tampa Bay Times reports. The officer said Winn, who was just under a mile from his home, had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol.Winn was also arrested in 2006 for a DUI crash and again in 2008 for DUI and refusing to submit to testing.
