St. Pete School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacations

ST. PETE, FL — The first day of school in St. Pete is August 13 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Pinellas County District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates, such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

September

• 9/3: No School (Labor Day)

October

• 10/15: Non-Student Day for 198- and 235-Day Instructional Personnel

November

• 11/17 - 11/25: No School (Thanksgiving Holiday)

December

• 12/22 - 12/31: No School (Winter Holidays)

January

• 1/1 - 1/6: No School (Winter Holidays)
• 1/7: Non-Student Day for 198- and 235-Day Instructional Personnel
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/18: Non-Student Day for 198- and 235-Day Instructional Personnel

March

• 3/8: Non-Student Day for 198- and 235-Day Instructional Personnel
• 3/9 - 3/17: No School (Spring Holidays)

April

• 4/19: Non-Student Day for 198- and 235-Day Instructional Personnel

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)
