St. Pete's Last Mayoral Poll Shows Tight Race

As of Monday, Mayor Rick Kriseman holds a narrow lead of Ricker Baker — but just barely.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Incumbent Mayor Rick Kriseman holds a slim lead over opponent Rick Baker in the upcoming mayoral race, according to a poll released Monday by St. Pete Polls.

The survey found Kriseman with 47.5 percent support among St. Pete voters compared to Baker's 45.6 percent. But the difference between the two is smaller than the poll's 3.2-point margin of error and the 6.9 percent of voters who said they are still undecided between the two mayoral candidates.

The election could still go either way when polls open at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
