ST. PETERSBURG, FL —The Community Health Centers of Pinellas is offering a walk-up COVID-19 vaccine schedule March 16 through March 20.

Residents in the following eligibility groups may receive vaccines during the walk-up schedule:

  • Pre-K-12 teachers and childcare workers of any age

Bring: Proof of employment—ID Badge or pay stub

  • Firefighters and Law Enforcement 50 yrs. old+

Bring: Proof of employment—ID Badge or pay stub

  • Anyone ages 60 years and older
  • Vulnerable Populations 18 years old and older with a doctor’s note

Bring: Prescription form completed by your provider or doctor’s note

  • Healthcare personnel with direct patient contact

Bring: Proof of employment—ID Badge or pay stub

Must Bring:

  • Florida ID or proof of Florida residency
  • Insurance Card

  • Johnnie Ruth Clarke Center 1344 22nd St. S., St. Petersburg
  • Pinellas Park Center 7550 43rd St. N., Pinellas Park
  • Clearwater Center 707 E. Druid Rd., Clearwater

Times:

  • March 16 through March 19, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • March 20, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
