ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Fun for kids during Easter 2021 returns to St. Petersburg with egg hunts and the Easter Bunny. Even though we are still in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, several churches and community organizations have planned live events for kids.

  • Eggstravaganza, Romp 'n Roll St. Petersburg, 2534 22nd Ave N, St. Petersburg. Each kid will find 10 eggs with prizes inside. $15 for members, $20 for non-members. For more information, visit its website.
  • Bring your camera for a free picture with the Easter Bunny at Cake Affection, 4691 100th Way N., St. Petersburg, Saturday, March 27, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Easter treats will also be available to purchase.
  • Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt, City on a Hill Church, 4265 13th Ave N., St. Petersburg, Saturday, April 3, 10:30 a.m. Free to the public. Children will hunt through 10,000 Easter eggs.
  • Underwater Egg Hunt, St. Pete Beach Community Center, 7701 Boca Ciega Dr., Saint Pete Beach, Saturday, April 3, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Must register for event. $5 registration fee. Call 727-363-9264 for more information or visit www.spbrec.com. Registration opens March 20.
  • Easter Egg Extravaganza at Fort DeSoto Park, 3500 Pinellas Bayway S., Tierra Verde, Sunday, April 4, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Meet at Shelter No. 3 for egg hunt instructions.
