Beach Outings, Picnics in the Park and Shopping Local
How will you spend your weekend in Tarpon Springs?

Although last weekend's Epiphany events are sure to have tuckered folks out, Tarpon Springs offers a number of laid back options.
How about a nice stroll on the beach at one of Tarpon's beautiful, sandy locations? Sunset Beach, located at the western end of Gulf Rd., is an island oasis that offers free parking while Fred Howard Park's appeal is worth the $5 parking for the day. So, grab some sunscreen and toss some towels in the trunk because the weather promises to be in cooperation with this one.
Grab a blanket, pack a lunch and head out to one of Tarpon Springs' natural wonders. Choose from Fred Howard Park or Anderson Park for all your picnic-ing needs. Invite some friends and make it a family affair. Don't forget the football!

Remember to stop by the Tarpon Sunday Market from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The weekly event is gaining popularity and offers a good time, every time.
