Fall Art Party, Festival of Trees and Farmers Market

As we embark on the holiday season, Tarpon Springs will have no shortage of special events. Check out this weekend's agenda:

• Bring the kids into Artistic Studio 30 for a Fall Art Party on Saturday. The event is free (for kids ages 4-14) and begins at 1 p.m. offering craft ideas for the holidays. Register by calling 727-207-4855 as space is limited. Donations for supplies are accepted and appreciated.

• Visit the Festival of Trees in Clearwater on Saturday and Sunday. More than 150 decorated trees will be on display from local artists, businesses and community leaders. It's an all day event and admission is $5.

• The Tarpon Sunday Market is taking place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Live music, vendors and local businesses showcase their best products while a free starting seeds from a soil block presentation will also be going on at 11 a.m.

• Pianist, Joseph Schwartz will be performing at the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center (324 E. Pine St.) on Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $24 or $20 for members or students.
