Free Workshop: Manage Diabetes With Exercise
Diabetics can get free advice on managing their condition during this upcoming workshop in June at Florida Hospital North Pinellas.

Did you know that exercise helps to control diabetes by improving the body's secretion of insulin? It also improves muscle strength, helps burn excess body fat and increases bone density and strength?
This topic and more methods to control diabetes will be discussed during an upcoming workshop set to take place at Florida Hospital North Pinellas.
The workshop marks the third installment in the "Managing Your Diabetes" series being offered by the hospital. The workshop is being led by Milton Bedingfield, a certified diabetes educator and exercise physiologist.
