An Oldsmar man is facing 10 counts of possessing child pornography after being arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office July 30.

OLDSMAR, FL — An Oldsmar man is facing 10 counts of possessing child pornography after being arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office July 30.
Detectives began their investigation of 26-year-old Miguel Angel Vergara Hernandez after receiving a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.
Detectives met with Hernandez at his home in the 500 block of West St. Petersburg Drive in Oldsmar and uncovered a large amount of child pornography on his electronic device.

He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail where bail was set at $100,000.
