Police: Man With Cocaine Urinated on Self
Gerald Blalock was charged with exposure of a sex organ and possession of cocaine.

A transient man from Clearwater has been accused of flashing his genitals at Tarpon Springs bus stop.
Gerald Blalock, 43, exposed his sex organ and urinated on the ground and himself while at the bus stop at 812 E. Tarpon Ave Sept. 12, according to the Tarpon Springs Police Department.
After he was arrested, het told police he had a crack pipe in his fanny pack. Police found a glass tube that contained a substance that tested positive for cocaine.
Blalock was charged with exposure of sexual organs and possession of cocaine. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, where he remained Sept. 18 in lieu of $1,650 bail.
