Riverside Grille House Serves Gratifying Grouper
One of the restaurant's most well known dishes is this week's A Taste of Tarpon.

From spicy shrimp diablo and lobster ravioli to slow roast prime rib and portabella chicken, Riverside Grille House has no shortage of delectable offerings.
The restaurant, which sits where the world famous Pappas Restaurant once was, is a combination of nostalgic sponge docks appeal and modern culinary art.Â
Making its way into this week's A Taste of Tarpon is Riverside's almond coconut encrusted grouper, which sells for $22.99.
According to Riverside's head chef Mark Thomas, the food experts in the kitchen take fresh Gulf grouper, dip it in coconut milk before coating it with crushed almonds and coconut. The fish is then lightly fried to golden goodness and served with passion fruit reduction.
