Rush Hour Hits Polls in Tarpon
Lines began to form in the late hours Tuesday afternoon.

Although there was a lessened wait after the lunch rush, voters have formed a line at St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Tarpon Springs in the closing hours of Election Day.
At around 5 p.m. the wait was about a half-hour long, according to voters exiting the polls.Â
Not all of the local polls were experiencing a wait Tuesday evening.

Just a few blocks away at the Tarpon Springs Community Center, residents can vote with no wait time.
The polls close at 7 p.m.
