Snow in the Forecast for Tarpon Ave.

Mark your calendars for Dec. 7 as There's Snow Place Like Tarpon Avenue is set to take over the streets of downtown Tarpon Springs, starting at 4 p.m.

Falling "snow" will cover the streets as reindeer (yes, real ones) make their way through the town. 

The shops and restaurants along Tarpon Avenue will be open for business so you can further your holiday shopping experience by making it count with local spending. 

Live music, hayrides and food will also be available to attendees.

What could make this a more enjoyable event? It's free!

Don't forget letters to Santa as a mailbox destined for the North Pole will be taking in holiday wishes.

After the fun on Tarpon Avenue, head down to the bayou for the illuminated boat parade.
