Kimberly McDonald will celebrate its opening weekend Saturday at Buckhead Village.

BUCKHEAD, GA — Kimberly McDonald, the fine jeweler and eco-conscious lifestyle brand, is opening a boutique at Buckhead Village on Saturday. To celebrate opening weekend, the shop will offer guests complimentary light bites and a signature cocktail while they shop.

Located between Christian Louboutin and Moncler, 3060 Bolling Way NE, the boutique is the second brick-and-mortar location for the brand, joining their L.A. store at Collective for Fred Segal on Sunset Boulevard.

“Everything is made in the same fashion and traditions as some of our favorite luxury brands, and I am honored to work with them to create beautiful fine products that reference nature and are responsibly manufactured,” McDonald said in a news release.

“Having lived in Atlanta after college, in fact in Buckhead much of that time, it is so exciting for me to return home to open my e-commerce business here as well as my own store at Buckhead Village. It’s exciting to see the changes in the overall area over the past 20 years, especially this property which houses some of the most reputable luxury brands in the world; now including my own. I love the sophisticated yet eco-conscious direction in which Atlanta is evolving.”

Kimberly McDonald has created an undeniably unique experience in her boutique that showcases her work with bespoke fine jewelry pieces along with one-of-a-kind home décor and accessories.

McDonald launched her jewelry line in 2007 following her freelance career as a curator of private clients’ fine jewelry collections. Her imaginative line melds natural materials like geodes, agate and opals with reclaimed gold and recycled diamonds to create unique, sustainable pieces that have been worn by celebrities including former First Lady Michelle Obama, Cindy Crawford, Victor Cruz, Carrie Underwood, Vanessa Williams, Amy Adams, Cameron Diaz, Steph Curry and more.

The Smithsonian National Museum of American History houses Kimberly’s one-of-a-kind diamond-embellished ring that was part of the Jason Wu dress that former First Lady Michelle Obama wore to the second inaugural ball. In addition to Kimberly McDonald’s boutiques, her collection can be found at Bergdorf Goodman, multiple Four Seasons Resorts around the world and more.
