The 2013 Best Senior Living Communities - Atlanta Metro awards program recognizes the communities in the Atlanta Metro Area that stand out for their high-quality reputation and exemplary track record

The SeniorHomes.com Best Senior Living Communities awards program identifies and recognizes the top senior living communities in the US. The awards program culminates in naming the Top Rated Senior Living Communities in select metropolitan areas.

SeniorHomes.com introduced what the company calls the industry’s only quantitative-based rating system for evaluating senior living communities. The company’s proprietary methodology incorporates public state inspection data, ratings from local experts, and reviews from residents and their families, which is then turned into an internal rating. Based on these ratings, the top communities in each metropolitan area receive the Best Senior Living Awards badge of recognition. 

The top honor in Atlanta was awarded to Dunwoody Pines, a Sunshine Retirement Living community. Three Buckhead facilities are among the other highly rated providers in the area.
