Celebrate Spring Break Close to Home on the Georgia Coast
Don't spend time & money traveling to far flung locations. Luxury, family, nature, adventure, history, restaurants, the Ga Coast has it all

Why spend all your time and money traveling to far flung places for spring break when there is so much to do and see right here in Georgia. Enjoy a relaxing week along the coastline of Georgia. Here are five islands to consider.
Cumberland Island, Ga. Whether you want natural beauty, intriguing history or secluded elegance, Cumberland Island has it. Come for the day and walk on unspoiled beaches where wild horses roam. Or stay at the classic Greyfield Inn and explore the history of the island from the ruins of Dungeness to the tiny Settlement community.
St Simons Island, Ga. St. Simons is the most populated of the Golden Isles and has some of the areas best restaurants. First timers to the Island will want to explore the St. Simons Island lighthouse, and the haunting tree spirits. Take a deeper dive into Island history with a Gullah Geechee Tour. One of our favorite activities is shrimping aboard the Lady Jane.

Jekyll Island, Ga. There have been tons of changes to Jekyll Island in the past few years. Standby hotels like the historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel and the family friendly Holiday Inn Jekyll Island have been joined by trendier boutique offerings like the Jekyll Ocean Club. And for those who want to be closer to nature, there’s even an awesome RV campground.
Sea Island, Ga. For a truly luxurious stay along the coast, there is no better spot than The Cloister at Sea Island. Championship golf courses, a to-die-for spa, tons of children’s activities and unique opportunities like Falconry. Yes, the medieval sport of falconry on the Georgia coast. And if the Cloister is a little too much, The Inn at Sea Island is a fabulous option that still lets you take advantage of the legendary Sea Island service and amenities.

Little St. Simons Island, Ga. This island is VERY different from it's larger cousin St. Simons Island. There is only one hotel on the island and you can only get to it via boat. If you are a nature lover, you'll be in heaven on Little St. Simons Island.
