ATLANTA — An Atlanta Police officer arrested an armed prowler sneaking into a car in the parking deck of the Buckhead apartment complex where the cop lives, according to reports.

On Jan. 25, a victim leaving his vehicle in the parking deck of The Elle of Buckhead apartment complex at 235 Pharr Road reported being robbed at gunpoint of his keys and phone, according to Reporter Newspapers.

Later that same day at The Huntley on Park Avenue Apartments, 1000 Park Ave., — about 1.5 miles from the first incident — a police officer living there saw a man “rummaging” through a vehicle in the parking deck. The officer snuck up on the suspect and arrested him.
