'Dangerous' Suspect Last Seen Near Buckhead: Police

After a home invasion, one suspect has been arrested, another is on the run, police say. The man was last seen near the I-20 Buckhead exit.

BUCKHEAD, GA — After a violent home invasion that took place near Parks Mill Road right outside of Buckhead, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department has made one arrest and is searching for the second, reported Fox 5.

According to officials, a homeowner was injured and a vehicle was stolen. It was last seen with two men in it heading eastbound near the Interstate 20 Buckhead exit. The stolen vehicle has been described as a white 1996 Lexus GS300 with a reddish primer damage on the passenger door.

One suspect was taken into custody Monday afternoon and detectives are working with law enforcement in Georgia and South Carolina to locate the second suspect. Fox reported that both suspects are expected to face charges in multiple jurisdictions in both Georgia and South Carolina.
