Father's Day 2018: Meet Our Dad-Kid Lookalikes

Some of these sons — and daughters — are spitting images of dad. Others just made super-cute photos. For Father's Day, take a look.

ATLANTA, GA — Here at Patch, we love when our readers share their photos and other details of their lives with us.

So, for Father's Day, we asked to take a look at your favorite father-son and father-daughter photos. In particular, we asked you to share photos of lookalikes — those dads and kids that make it clear that, whether it's nature, nurture or both, those good looks can get passed from generation to generation.

And you all came through for us. We got some super lookalike photos, as well as some that were just too cute not to share with the rest of you.

The beards really make the family resemblance uncanny! This 2015 shot is of Eldon Pico and his son, Nathan. The "best buddies," who live in Newnan, love to make paper airplanes and play sports together.

The apple really didn't fall far from the tree in the Quinones family, from Marietta. Dad, Frank (right) and son Kane (center) look like carbon copies to us. This photo was taken at Kane's wedding in March in Chattanooga. Brother Kinser (left) clearly got the family genes, too. Like dad, he stands 6'5", while Kane is the short guy in the family at "only" 6'3".

Like father, like son. This lookalike shot of dad, Eric Oliver, and son, Jake, of Dunwoody, was taken in Appleton, WI in February.

Mom Kimberly Stoops says that, with daughter Willow's sassy personality, "these two butt heads in the best way possible and make everyone smile." That's dad, Michael, on the right. They're from Monroe and the photo was taken in January.

And here's a different kind of "lookalike" photo for Father's Day. The Swann family grew up in Decatur and Avondale. Dad now lives in Tucker and Amy Swann Waterman now lives in Virginia Highland. The first shot of Amy and sisters Leslie, Martha and Rebecca with dad, Charles, was taken in 1962. The second at Christmas 2017. We don't think they've changed a bit!

And this one is just cute! This is Annabelle Jadlocki surprising dad, Brad, with cookies recently at his job at Kennestone Hospital, where he's an RN. They're celebrating early because, as mom Shannon writes, "he will be devoting his special day at work serving complete strangers" in the Cobb hospital's ICU unit.
