Gunshot Victim Runs To MARTA Station, 1 In Custody
A gunshot victim ran from an apartment to the Lindbergh Center Transit Station Monday. A SWAT team was called in.
BUCKHEAD, GA — A male suspect wanted in connection with a shooting turned himself in Monday, reports WXIA.
Atlanta police responded to a call at the Lindbergh Center Transit Station, 2424 Piedmont Road on Monday evening. They found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
According to police, a fight between the victim and another man may have started in an apartment on the 500 block of Main Street.

The victim ran to the MARTA station and called the police.
Atlanta police requested assistance from the SWAT team to clear the apartment, although it wasn’t certain if anyone was still inside. The suspect surrendered before SWAT entered.
